No, ContentSieve does not influence other functions of your website.

Do the operators of search engines condone the use of ContentSieve?

ContentSieve absolutely complies with the terms of use of the established search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.). This makes sure that the use of ContentSieve will not be penalized in any way by the search engines. ContentSieve makes sure that the search engines will evaluate your website as especially relevant. This will be rewarded by an attractive position in the result list.

Can the topics of the displayed information be changed after ContentSieve has been set up?

ContentSieve can modify the displayed content with a few clicks of the mouse. Content can be generated in advance and easily be changed.

Do I infringe the copyright of third parties by putting content generated by ContentSieve on my website?

No. ContentSieve uses an automated procedure, which is also used by search engines, to obtain the permission of the copyright holders.

What is a widget?

A widget is a small computer program which is not operated as an independent application, but is integrated into the graphic user interface. In the case of ContentSieve it is used to display the generated content.

What is a slot?

A slot is a placeholder for a widget on your website. It can be configured in the "Widget Center".

I am using an HTML editor to build my website. Can I use that to place the slots?

Yes. Just copy the HTML code generated by ContentSieve into the HTML of your website.

How do I pay for the service?

You can book a certain number of impressions as a package for a fixed price. The service can conveniently be paid for via PayPal. Other payment option will be available soon.

What happens when the credit I have paid for has run out?

You can decide what happens if your credit has run out or if no suitable content is available. The slot can display a picture of your convenience or (if available) an advertisement of public utility.

What happens if I do not use up my paid impressions?

The packages have a "shelf life" of 6 months. If the package is not used up within this time, the period can be extended by another 6 months for a fee of 10% of the credit.

Is there a support which works promptly?
